Mandatory Compliance Undertakings

100% Genuine & Authentic Products: We warrant that all products sold via ShetYoddha are genuine, legally manufactured or procured, unadulterated, and free from counterfeiting or IP infringements.

Agri Regulatory Compliance: We hold valid regulatory licenses (Seeds Act 1966, Fertilizer Control Order 1985, Insecticides Act 1968, and FSSAI 2006 where applicable) and will display registration details on packaging.

Price Parity & Fair Trade: We ensure the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and listed selling price on ShetYoddha shall not exceed prices displayed on any other public online channel or offline retail counter.

Order Dispatch SLA: We commit to packing and handing over customer orders within 24 hours of notification, maintaining an order fulfillment rate of 98%.
